End-State Audit
A structured two-week assessment of your product, codebase, architecture, and team against all 15 principles of End-State Design. The audit produces a clear, prioritized account of where your company stands today, the distance between your current technical state and your exit destination, and what needs to change — and in what order — before anyone else arrives to evaluate the result.
The audit is designed to deliver value, whether or not a longer engagement follows. Many founders use it as a standalone diagnostic before a fundraise, a strategic hire, or a major architectural change.

End-State Audits take two weeks to complete and range in price from $ 20,000 to $24,000, depending on complexity, staff required, and materials needed.
Interim CTO
While a fractional CTO provides ongoing, part-time executive leadership, an interim CTO steps in full-time, temporarily to provide hands-on stability, direction, and transformation leadership — often during periods of transition or modernization.
This role ensures the bank continues to meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational standards while executing its technology roadmap.

Exit Prep-aration
This is the highest-leverage engagement in the framework for companies that have not applied End-State Design from the beginning. It is also the most expensive, because it involves compressing years of remediation work into months.
